1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Mystmere Forge website and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

All products are handcrafted 3D printed items. Due to the nature of 3D printing and hand-finishing, each item is unique and may have slight variations in colour, texture, or finish. This is not a defect but part of the handmade character. Product images are for illustration purposes.

3. Ordering and Payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We accept payment by credit/debit card via Shopify Payments. We never store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors.

4. Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only via Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates. Most orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days; delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Orders over £30 qualify for free standard shipping within the UK. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Your Consumer Rights

As a consumer in the UK, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. You have the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

6. Cancellation and Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason. To cancel, contact us at hello@mystmereforge.co.uk with your order number. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Exception: Made-to-order or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, unless faulty.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Mystmere Forge or our licensed designers and is protected by copyright. Products are printed under licence from their respective designers. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any products or designs without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product(s) in question.

9. Age Requirement

Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
