Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to selected EU destinations, the United States and Canada where a delivery service is available at checkout. International shipping is charged to the customer, and any import taxes or duties are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Free shipping applies only to qualifying UK orders.
Can I request a custom colour?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Use the contact form above with “Custom Request” selected, and tell us your ideas.
How long does shipping take?
Most items are made to order and require 3–5 working days before dispatch. Available delivery services and estimates are shown at checkout for the destination address.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that’s a replacement or refund.
