Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
UK orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Print-to-order items take 2-4 weeks. Delivery is via Royal Mail and typically takes 2-3 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Products
What are articulated dragons?
Articulated dragons are 3D printed figures with jointed segments that move and flex. They're printed as a single piece with no assembly required.
What material are your products made from?
Our items are 3D printed using high-quality PLA, a plant-based bioplastic chosen for durability, colour and finish.
Are all products unique?
Yes. Each dragon has its own name and story, and small variations from 3D printing mean no two pieces are exactly alike.
What's the difference between in-stock and print-to-order?
In-stock items are ready to ship. Print-to-order items are made specifically for you and usually take 2-4 weeks.
Custom Orders
Can I request a specific colour?
Yes. Contact us with your colour preferences and we will confirm what filament colours are currently available.
Can you print other designs?
We work with designer-approved models. If you have a specific idea, get in touch and we'll explain what is possible.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and current print queue.
Returns & Issues
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us quickly with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Can I return an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom and print-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
