Returns Policy

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us first at hello@mystmereforge.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Items must be returned in unused, resaleable condition.
  3. Post the item to us using a tracked service. We will provide the return address when you contact us.
  4. Keep your proof of postage until you receive your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in the required condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method; please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

We refund: Full product price and original standard delivery cost.
You pay: Return postage costs (unless item is faulty).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have up to 30 days to return faulty goods for a full refund.

Exceptions

Made-to-order and custom items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We will clearly indicate if an item is made-to-order before you purchase.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned unused and undamaged, in original packaging if possible, with all parts. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if items show signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
