Delivery Area

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days of payment being received. During busy periods (e.g. around events and craft fairs) this may be slightly longer — we will always keep you informed.

Delivery Times

We ship via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, please allow 2–5 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, a standard shipping charge applies at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will send you tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mystmereforge.co.uk as soon as possible. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
