Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mystmere Forge. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Delivery areas

We ship within the United Kingdom and to selected destinations in the European Union, United States and Canada where an international shipping option is available at checkout. If checkout does not offer a rate for your address, we cannot currently ship there.

Dispatch times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, such as events and craft fairs, this may take slightly longer. We will keep you informed if there is a delay.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail. After dispatch, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

International delivery

International delivery is charged separately at the rate shown at checkout; free shipping does not apply to international orders. Transit times vary by destination and can be extended by customs or local delivery services. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Free UK shipping

We offer free shipping on UK orders over £30. A standard shipping charge applies at checkout to UK orders under £30. International shipping is always charged.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will email tracking details after dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mystmereforge.co.uk. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you receive your order or an appropriate remedy.
