Processing Time
Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. During busy periods (such as Christmas), this may extend to 5 working days.
Made-to-order and custom items may take longer. We'll provide an estimated dispatch date at the time of purchase.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
You can also track your order directly on the Royal Mail website.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Our dragons and larger models are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in sturdy boxes with protective padding.
We aim to minimise plastic packaging and use recyclable materials wherever possible.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery in the future.
If you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll investigate.
For damaged items, please refer to our Returns & Refunds page.
