What We Offer
Every piece from Mystmere Forge is handcrafted, but we also love bringing your unique visions to life. Whether you want a dragon in your favourite colours, a gift for someone special, or something entirely unique, we're here to help.
Custom Options Include:
- Custom colour schemes – Choose your own colours for any of our existing designs
- Size variations – Larger or smaller versions of our standard pieces
- Matching sets – Multiple pieces in coordinated colours
- Gift customisation – Special packaging or presentation options
The Process
- Get in touch – Use the form below or email us. Include as much detail as you can: colours, size, reference images, and what the piece is for.
- Discussion & quote – We'll discuss your requirements and provide a quote. Custom pieces typically cost more than standard items due to the additional time and materials involved.
- Deposit – Once you're happy with the quote, we'll take a 50% deposit to begin work.
- Creation – We'll keep you updated as we create your piece, sharing progress photos along the way.
- Final payment & delivery – Once complete, we'll send final photos. After the remaining balance is paid, your custom piece will be on its way!
Timescales
Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks from deposit to dispatch, depending on complexity. During busy periods, this may be longer – we'll always give you an estimated completion date when we provide your quote.
If you need a piece by a specific date (for a birthday or event), please let us know as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Pricing
Custom pieces are priced individually based on:
- The base design and size
- Complexity of the colour scheme
- Special materials or finishes
- Time required for hand-finishing
As a rough guide, custom colours on an existing design typically add 20-30% to the standard price. We'll always provide a clear quote before any work begins.
Important Notes
- Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun (unless there's a fault with the finished piece)
- We reserve the right to decline requests that we feel are outside our capabilities
- Colours may vary slightly from reference images due to the nature of 3D printing and hand-painting
- We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked designs
